You meet the nicest people recycling at the recycling center. Had to stop going because they were so nice, I was afraid I might get stabbed and robbed.
I don’t work on cars, but i process computers and make money on all the non ferrous metals (aluminum, copper, brass, etc)
Is it in NJ cuz I have a bunch of car parts to scrap.
I find i can get a couple bucks for the extra bolts leftover once im done
Having work at repair shops I know they can get money back for "cores", which get cleaned up, inspected, and then resold as remanufactured parts. Is there a way for home mechanics to do that too? It seems like I'd get more for it than scrapping it.
Wow he donated the money. What a guy bro. Chrisfix really is the best
👍
You sure are being a little entrepreneurial!
I'm having a rare 1950s tail light assembly restored!
One I take stuff to is called Ben Weitmans. Good Prices there for Scrap and Cans
This guy is amazing!
For 43.20 that’s a lot of effort to save rusty metal all year and then lift it to your truck then drive with these gas prices. I’d rather throw that shit out always
$43 not bad. Here in Canada your lucky to get $10 for all that
I thought you were gonna make a lot more money with those chunky metal scraps. Let’s say I was off by a digit
