Learn how to get your windshield super clean! The windows of your car or truck are what you look out of and it is important that they are clean. When you clean the windshield with my method the rain beads up and rolls off the windshield leaving great visibility. Bugs and bird poop come off really easy with one wipe of a towel. Even ice wont stick to the glass so no more scraping ice on those cold days!

Isn't most of the "black dirt" on the cloth after cleaning the wipers degraded rubber off the blades?

You can clean the glass with Bartender's Friend. It has Oxalic Acid in it plus mild abrasive. The weak acid helps to remove any mild water spots or debris on the glass. If no water spots, you can use Mother's Mag Wheel Polish to remove road film and dirt before the wax or RainX application.
Face reveal?
I baulked when you put wax on. I had an issue recently where I superclean my screen with RainX, it was great for awhile, but once it started losing its integrity, the wiper started horrendous chatter. I have a feeling that wax would do the same thing
