This is very important * only use the product made for the job synthetic brake caliper greese which is made to not dry out in extreme temps . I've never seen the rubber get hard from using the greese that is made for this specific job . Regular greese is totally out of the question .
Caution : dont expose youre body in a transdermal manner to brake fluid , wear gloves !
I came here so I can save myself 150 bucksssss
It's a great video and has really good tips on how to do the job properly, I did notice one thing, the old brake discs don't just pop off the rotor in a lot of cases, quite often these brake discs need to be hammered in combination with WD40 and using a nut and bolt to help push the brake disc off the rotor, other than that knowing how to properly grease the brakes was good to know which is very helpful 👍
I know how to do all of this but is just for all of the small stuff that you learn. I’ve been using high temperature grease and never thought to use silicone for the guide pins! Great video!
There’s a lot of editing makes seem easier but it’s not
My hero!
Do I need both tires up at the same time to do this?
Thank you. just saved me a hassle and a load of cash
My 5-year-old and I just watched this together and now he can't wait to help me change the brakes and rotors. He kept pointing to each part and repeating what it was called. Your videos are awesome!!!
Thanks, Now I just have to find the time to do it. Haha
Brakes jobs are tough. It’s not that easy as show in video
VERY VERY SKILLFUL
Didn’t look like u put any grease on those pads
You made that look so easy 😢
So you don’t need to use setting screws on the rotor?
Great job
Thank you
