what if cannot unlock door to get panel off ? 1997 Rav 4 driver door. , replaced the window unit years ago and maybe the intense cold or time jared plastic loose from metal..but how to get panel off..ideas?

Hi. Loved your video. I have a problem that the drivers side door doesn't respond to the key fob but it can be locked/unlocked by the key or the door switch itself. Does anyone have any ideas about whether thats an actuator issue or something else?
