Oil change. This video teaches you how to change your oil in your car or truck in less than five minutes. Changing oil is cheap and easy. Every 5000 miles you need to change your oil and oil filter. It can save you a bunch of money if you do it yourself and you know it gets done correctly. This is a Ford Ranger but the concept for every car is the same. Drain the oil, change the filter, put new oil in and that is all!

My truck is a 2002 Ford Ranger, same engine bay set up, oil drain bolt and the engine oil filter is in the same spot as yours, Chris. But my truck recommends 5W-20 motor oil. Guess it varies from truck to truck.
How do we know how much oil to add? 😅
I miss my old ranger. Now I have an accord and need to lift her up for oil changes.

Damn Chris is still responding 10 years later
who is bro talking to in the comments 💀
Where do you dispose the old oil ?
my man replying with new comments 💀
I have a 2007 nissan frontier, i used castrol edge 5w30 oil. I brought 2 quarts of valvoline synthetic for my fancy log splitter. Hope valvoline synthetic oil works good those mid-size trucks too!
The old oil that came out, still looked kinda gold
Thank you so much for your videos. I am a 47 yr old woman who knew nothing of mechanics before your videos. I have fixed my own truck with your guidance. Thanks!!
Where did you see that this truck uses 5w-30? On the oil cap and everywhere online it says 5w-20
super turbocharge the Mustang Turbo
Thanks for the video
Damn I just clicked your vid and didn't realize how old this video was. Looked on your channel and you got 9mil subs, that grind is incredible!
Older vehicles every 3000 miles or so.
