You really should edit this. NO ANTI SEIZE.
It acts as lubricant. Causing you to VASTLY over torque. BMW's torque figures do not include compensation for anti seize.
should you always replace the coils when replacing spark plugs? If not when should you replace the wires? I guess if no cracks.

Thanks for sharing this video Chris, I do car mechanics as a hobby, not for a living, I'm old school, plugging the car into a computer or a OBD 2 to check the fault codes is all well and good, if you try to clear the fault codes, will it shut the engine down? is that true?
