Quiet a loud blower motor. If your interior AC/ Heat fan (blower motor) is making noise like a card in a bicycle spoke, then you probably just need to clean out the blower motor which is easy and free. Leaves and debris gets in the blower motor and make a clicking noise when the fan hits the leaves. I will also show you how to clean the Evaporator to get cooler AC and get rid of any smells you might have coming from your fan. This video will also show you how to replace a blower motor.

Thatโs not where for blower motor resistor is for newer year crown Victorias right?
My AC just started making a buzzing sound coming from the area of the blower motor. I replaced the air cabin filter and literally the very next day this humming started. I removed the Blower motor and vacuumed it out. There was nothing obvious. When I unplug the motor the noise stops. When I turn off the AC the buzzing noise stops. Other than that I get ice cold AC and everything is fine. Hereโs the weird part about this story. I went to autozone and purchased a new blower motor and it was making the same noise. So Iโm very confused ๐ซค. Any ideas?
There's no chance I don't lose every one of those bolts
I just installed a brand new motor and it sounds like this
Great video. I would also like to share that if a blower motor makes noise sometimes rodents may keep nuts on the blower or even die there. That's what happened in my own case. You're my biggest DIY motivator
09 fit. Ok my blower motor sounded terrible like yours. I found a damn mouse stuck in the fan. I removed the mouse, cleaned the filter and the the motor still sounded terrible. After a while it only worked on high, then high didn't work any longer. now it'll randomly kick on on high but not full blast. It'll work then die. Obviously the blower is bad as well as the (resistor? Transistor?).
JusT nEeD tO clEan iT oUt. Bro you had the easiest ac fan placement on earth

How do leaves and stuff get in there to begin with? Where is the intake ? I checked my own Explorer and cannot find it.

Hi Chris,
hope you can help me out…… i have a 2002 wrx. I noticed that the radiator fans would stay after the first heat cycle…….. i bypass the heater system and the fans would kick in and then turn off…….. i added the heater back into the system and the radiator fans kick in and car's temperature stays at around 200Fยบ at idle……. what could be causing this issue?
Thanks
Makes me miss my old ranger, just changed one of these and it definitely wasnโt that simple
