Uploaded 11 years ago and still helping out a clueless idiot
i got a NGK G-Power platinum spark plug set in my car with about 20k miles on these, should i gap used spark plugs? (didnt know you had to check the gap it is my first time changing spark plugs for myself)
Exactly what i was looking for. First timer changing spark plugs and you made it look a lot easier than i thought it was!
THANK YOU! I was worried it would be difficult but super easy. Thanks
What about iridium Spark park plugs
Great video! I do have a question… does it matter how much it "lines up" in the center of the spark plug? In the first demo, with the correctly gapped plug, it looked like it was in a range of .049 – .052 since the L touched those sections.
Thanks
You said .05 in the first half of the video, than in the second half of the video during your example.l.. you say it's .5 and good.. which is it and what is the unitt of measurement?
Fast, straight forward and exactly what the title says. If only more youtube videos were like this.
How do I know what my spark plugs are supposed to be set at? Please help I’m changing mine tomorrow
I gapped my mom's sparkplug for her car which is 0.044 and now it's bogging out
Very informative. Thanks!
Is .50 to be in the middle of the spark plug or at the leading edge as you go around
