There'r cameras around, you can approach police and sue privately with lawyer and everything, but better of forgetting about it because it won't worth your time, also for me, I just approached my car, and some blonde woman began to park her car next to mine – I thought that I was paranoid about it at the time and she won't hit my car it's all in my head, but eventually in front of my eyes – she just hit my car as part of her "I hate to see much better and shinier cars than mine ritual", scratching it and telling me that nothing happened, I just scatched hers when she left. Now I got this annoying scratch, nobody will care for those, only us. And narcissists are part of life, that special someone might(or might not) did it on purpose to you.
