My A/C is going out intermittently, especially when it is REAL hot outside. How do I determine what part or parts deed to be replaced?
👍
You must flush the A/C lines before you install a new compressor!
❤ love your videos great work 👏
Thank you for all of your videos! Very informative which is great for a guy like me who’s a bit timid when working on my car! And your camera angles are great!
Is it the same on all cars on the Torque pounds for the screws???
My toxic trait is thinking I can do this
My compressor sh*t the bed while I was driving the other day….it was 85°F outside….it was a hot drive to my destination 😅
Chris my truck’s AC works 90% of the time but in the last month I noticed on occasion it blows “semi cool” air for about 5-10 secs then continues blowing cold are as it should. It does this sporadically , any thoughts?
thanks chris!
The electrical connection never comes off that easy 😂 usually it involves blood
How do I remove refrigerant
Great coverage in the whole aspect of replacing the compressor. Other mechanic videos were not as clear and only included some parts of replacing the compressor. Good job in explaining in detail!! I will try doing this myself.😢 A quote from a mechanic was $1200 to fix & part was $650 when I can purchase for $260 myself.
So if compressor comes with oil in it already. No need to add any oil? So the oil is inside for the compressor to function. Oil does not go where freon goes thru correct. 🤔 sorry just wondering
